Dynamic C is an application development package that is distributed by zworld/rabbit in the development kits for the Rabbit processors. The kits contain a programming lead, some form of Rabbit embeddd processor(dependant on the kit, 'development board', a book 'getting started', a power adaptor (US only) and the Dynamic C software. The development kits are sold at a competetive price, little more than the cost of the Rabbit processor and the cable. You can order a development kit from [http://embedded-store.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=product.display&Product_ID=71 here] for 169 dollars. If you already have a Rabbit module and a serial lead, and if you don't need the development board, the book, or the power adaptor, you could consider buying just the Dynamic C software alone ... except thats 200 dollars. Go figure.
